Learn More About Heart Health at Free Community Education Series Hosted by Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital
WARSAW, Ind. (Feb. 8, 2024) – The team at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital invites the community to a free upcoming education event to learn more about reducing your risk of heart disease from our cardiology experts.
Join cardiologist Akindolapo Akinwande, M.D., FACC, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in the administrative classroom, 2101 E. Dubois Dr., from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, to learn more about reducing your risk of heart disease, so you can do more of what you love. It’s not always easy to break old habits or make healthy changes. Get on track with small steps - like keeping your medical appointments, getting active, and eating healthy - so that your physician can help you improve your heart health, preventing heart disease and stroke.

Akindolapo Akinwande, M.D., FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist who diagnoses and treats patients with heart disorders such as coronary disease, heart failure and heart valve disease. Dr. Akinwande is also board-certified in nuclear cardiology and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
