Community Involvement

There are many wonderful organizations doing great things in our community. Each year, Lutheran Health Network chooses to come alongside selected ones to make a larger, longer lasting and more meaningful impact through our community benefit program. While we can't support every cause, we can make a difference a few at a time. We're especially committed to improving health and wellness in our region, reaching the underserved and supporting those organizations whose efforts align with those goals.

Lutheran Children's Hospital is proud to sponsor the Fort4Fitness Kids Marathon, a summer-long running/walking program for kids ages 4-14. This program is a fun way to motivate and encourage kids to build healthy habits and work toward a goal. If you missed the kickoff, you may still sign up any time during the summer online or at one of the Family Fun & Fitness events. Visit Fort4Fitness.org.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
ER wait times are door to clinical professional and can change quickly depending on the urgency of patients that arrive by ambulance. Lutheran Health Network provides care to patients with life-threatening illnesses first.

Because our ER and Urgent Care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department as soon as possible.

Patient results may vary. Consult your physician about the benefits and risks of any surgical procedure or treatment.
